Last Friday we increased some of the sale items up to 75% off, however this was only on items that weren't last season. I think that this was incredibly good for the sale as there is stock that needs to be gotten rid of and also people are most likely to buy in the final few days of the sale due to not wanting to miss out on a bargain!
So over the weekend we had an incredible amount of orders, so Monday was very busy for me as I had to pull the orders, check them, wrap up and get to the post office (or have the customs forms done on them and sent by our shipping provider).
The sale ended on Thursday, and we launched the first part of the new SS14 Collection on the website! It's being launched in different lines, one by one over the next few weeks. This week the Lucy got to be the first one to land:
It has a gorgeous 60s Playboy feel to it, and also comes in Ivory. I think it's a little different to what I've seen from Lascivious before, as it is more feminine but definitely has that "cool-factor" to it with lots of pieces which are wearable everyday and as a special occasion, and even as outerwear!
The final part of the week was spent prepping for the Paris Salon de Lingerie show. This involved packing up mannequins, organising the line sheets and collections, and also having more press cards and posters printed.
This was the stand, with the lovely Yasmin, Head of Sales working hard! The show ran from Friday to Monday.
